Lisbon has been gearing up for the opening of this year’s Web Summit – the largest assembly of tech, media and political and social leaders of its sort. Startups, investors, industry experts and tech enthusiasts gathered to network, share ideas, and look ahead to a week of exciting talks. This year, Web Summit brought in attendees from 153 countries around the world.
Among those participants, there were specialists and representatives from all over the world, including several from Ukrainian startups and IT companies. According to Web Summit organisers a record-breaking 2,600 startups and more than 900 investors attended the event. With more startups than ever before, and a larger percentage of women attendees than in previous years, Web Summit’s Lisbon event has once again captured the imagination of thousands of people from every aspect of tech.
KUNA were participated as the new advanced payment service provider. With the latest offering, our team took part in Alpha Startup, where the most significant startup companies presented their top-notch products and services. For us it was an excited experience to gather with more than a hundred of discussions over KUNA Pay acquiring services. At this year’s Web Summit our company was presented by CEO & Founder Mike Chobanian, CBDO Sam Kaploushenko, CDTO Mykhailo Rakov, and KUNA Pay’s Product Owner Iryna Karpenko.
